    • The product was purchased directly from our website at iflo.com.
    • For products not purchased directly from our website, please contact the retailer first if your purchase falls within their return policy. If their return window has passed, please reach out to us and we'll be happy to help.

  2. Return Process - To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
    • Contact our Customer Support Team at customerservice@iflo.com or through our online chat system to request a return authorization.

    • Provide a copy of your invoice or receipt from an authorized retailer where the product was purchased.

    • Pack the product securely, including all accessories and documentation when possible.
    • We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
  3. Refund Options - Upon receiving your returned product, we will process your refund according to one of the following options:
    • Purchases made at iFLO.com: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit for the refunded amount, which can be applied toward future purchases on our website.

    • Purchases made from an authorized retailer: Since iFLO® does not have access to the original payment method used at the retailer, refunds will be issued by check or another alternative payment method, as coordinated with our Customer Support Team.

    • Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  4. Product Condition
    • Normal wear and tear from regular use of the product is expected and fully covered under our guarantee. However, products returned in a condition suggesting misuse, tampering, or damage beyond normal use may be subject to review, and iFLO® reserves the right to adjust or decline the refund in these cases.
